You don't need a referral to visit us at Inner North Speech Pathology. Feel free to call, email, or send a message through our website to discuss an appointment.

If you come with a referral from a GP you may be able to receive a rebate for up to 5 sessions. Inner North Speech Pathology are registered with Medicare, and if you have been referred under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (Enhanced Primary Care Plan) you will be able to claim back $58.00 per session for up to 5 Speech Pathology sessions per calendar year. Please contact your GP to discuss whether you may be eligible.

If you have private health insurance you may also be eligible for a rebate, although this varies between health funds. Please check with your health fund prior to making an appointment.

Inner North Speech Pathology are only able to see National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants whose NDIS plans are self managed or plan managed. This includes children under the age of 7 with a transdisciplinary early intervention NDIS package. Please speak to your planner to discuss plan management options.
